You got much more than that, you're only observing skin deep, plus new maps, sounds, weapons is a whole lot for only 14€. If you are selling a house without the walls, you should probably not sell it at the price of a finished house. It honestly is like releasing a rally sim without drifting mechanism "hey but we plan on to add it later !", well you're still selling a product absolutely unfinished, so you deserve to be said so. As I said in my edit, the features missing compared to a successful realistic WW2 FPS like RO2 are too many for the game to be released without them. I do not think that there's any stage where it's too soon to review it as soon as you ask people to pay to play your game. The mod laid out the core gameplay, the SA added the equivalent of a DLC. The SA is adding stuff on top of that, and that's great, but is it worth 14€ ? Again, each one of us is free to answer that according to how we value money, but in my case it is a very strict no. The issue with Day of Infamy stand-alone (SA) is that the core of the experience, the gameplay, the fun, was what the mod built. The mod isn't revolutionary, it's not the best mod in the history of mods, but it did just that give us the feeling of what Day of Defeat would be today.
